  4. Payment Gateway: You will be redirected to secure payment gateway
  5. Choose Method: Select your preferred payment method
  6. Complete Payment: Enter payment details and authorize transaction
  7. Confirmation: Receive instant confirmation via email and SMS
  8. Receipt: Electronic receipt sent to your email immediately

5. Payment Timing & Requirements

  • Full Payment Required: Complete payment must be made at the time of booking
  • No Partial Payments: We do not accept installments or partial payments
  • Advance Booking: Payment secures your seva booking immediately
  • No Cash Payments: We only accept online digital payments
  • Instant Confirmation: Booking is confirmed only after successful payment

6. Payment Confirmation & Receipts

Upon successful payment completion:

  • Instant Confirmation: Immediate booking confirmation on screen
  • Email Receipt: Payment receipt with transaction details sent to registered email
  • SMS Notification: Confirmation SMS with booking reference and Order ID
  • Transaction ID: Unique transaction ID for your records
  • Order ID: Unique booking Order ID for tracking
  • Invoice: GST invoice (if applicable) available for download

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined:

7.1 Common Reasons
  • Insufficient funds in account
  • Incorrect card details or CVV
  • Card expired or blocked
  • Bank server issues or downtime
  • Transaction declined by bank
  • Daily transaction limit exceeded
  • International card restrictions
7.2 What to Do
  • Retry Payment: You can retry with the same or different payment method
  • Check Account: Verify sufficient balance and card validity
  • Contact Bank: If issue persists, contact your bank
  • Try Alternative: Use a different payment method (UPI, Net Banking, etc.)
  • Customer Support: Contact us for assistance if needed
7.3 Important Note
No Booking Without Payment: Your booking will NOT be confirmed if payment fails. Please complete payment to secure your seva booking.

8. Pending or Stuck Transactions

If your payment is stuck in "Pending" status:

  • Wait Period: Allow 24-48 hours for payment gateway to process
  • Check Bank: Verify if amount has been debited from your account
  • Auto Reversal: If payment fails, amount will be auto-reversed within 5-7 business days
  • Contact Us: If issue persists beyond 48 hours, contact our support with transaction ID
  • Do Not Retry: If amount is debited, do not make another payment. Wait for confirmation or reversal

9. Duplicate or Multiple Charges

In rare cases of duplicate charges:

  • Contact us immediately with both transaction IDs
  • Provide screenshot of bank statement showing multiple debits
  • We will investigate and initiate refund for duplicate charge within 7 working days
  • Extra amount will be refunded to original payment source

10. Refunds & Cancellations

For refund-related information:

  • Cancellation Policy: Refer to our Booking Policy
  • Refund Timeline: As per our Refund Policy
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days
  • Same Source: Refunds are processed to the original payment method

11. Payment Disputes

If you have any payment disputes or unauthorized charges:

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at tulsiseva@jagannath.org with transaction details
  2. Provide Evidence: Include Order ID, transaction ID, and relevant screenshots
  3. Investigation: We will investigate within 3-5 working days
  4. Resolution: Appropriate action (refund, credit, adjustment) will be taken
  5. Bank Dispute: If unresolved, you may raise dispute with your bank

12. Taxes & Additional Charges

  • GST: Applicable GST is included in the displayed price
  • Payment Gateway Charges: No additional payment gateway charges
  • Transaction Fees: No hidden transaction fees
  • Bank Charges: Your bank may levy separate service charges (bank-specific)
  • International Transactions: Foreign transaction fees may apply (bank-specific)

13. Record Keeping & Proof

We recommend you:

  • Save confirmation email with Order ID and transaction ID
  • Take screenshot of payment confirmation page
  • Keep payment receipt for your records
  • Note down Order ID for future reference
  • Retain bank statement showing transaction

14. Changes to Payment Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
